Prali - 2020

Updated: Oct 24, 2020

Cycling tour from Grugliasco to Prali. Hot day, but not as much as last year. It's anyway better to leave early in the morning for such long and sunny routes. Low car traffic, as usual on Sundays. Many cyclists met on the road.

After Perosa Argentina (crowded for cars in the morning), the road rises first slightly and it is almost flat. From the village of Perrero, instead, begins the real climb and all under the sun in the first sections. Up to Pomeifré. After, the road climbs anyway but at least it is in the shade of the trees and the mountain.

The water fountain in Prali is exceptionally fresh. Main square full of flea markets. Lunch at Bar delle Alpi right on the central plaza. Then I took some pictures of the view, the mountains and the village.
